After Birth

 

 

As a first time mother i trill to be expecting a baby follow every single ob appointment everything see, well.at 33 weeks i was diagnose with preclamsia ,i was rush to the Labor and delivery,everything seem to be good with Emilee,they had to induce my labor Emilee was schedule to be deliver normal, at the time she was ready to be born and i push i develop eclampsia causing me to have seizures and to deliver Emilee via vacuum. Emilee was born premature at 34 weeks weight at birth 4 Pound 3 oz 16 inches long,Everything seem normal she was a healthy baby,some breathing problems but no biggy ,she also had some jaundice but she was in the incubator and well taken care off, 5 days after her birth she developed  a 3rd degree hemorrhage not knowing what what was that she was transfer to Miller Children Hospital where they reconfirm that she have it, follow by hydrocephalus.Emilee had a lot hard time eating on her own due to the pressure she was developing, several attempts of doing Spinal Tabs to see if the bleeding decrease their was no success, 1 month and half later her VP shunt was place. This seem like a miracle to us she was as nothing had happen and was eating normally.Emilee was ready to come home. She also develop Epilepsy.at 1 1/2 years.Emilee is a very energetic Lil girl she loves everyone around her, as she has been growing up around people that love as well , with their help she has been able to come along all this way, Emilee stared Physical therapy and occupational therapy at 10 months she was able to sit on her own and roll over she stared walking at the age of two. Emilee also receive treatment from The regional Center had a one and one with a Home Teacher.She is my hero like her grandpa "TATA" has always said she is one of kind a was born with a star in top of her.
